1. What the service does

Card2Sheet lets you photograph a business visiting card. An artificial-intelligence service reads the card and fills in fields such as company name, contact person, phone numbers, email, address and city. You review what was read and decide whether to save it. Nothing is saved until you press Save.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. We receive your name and email address from Google; we never receive your Google password. You are responsible for who you allow to use your account, and for keeping your sign-in secure.

3. Free trial and payment

Each company gets a fixed number of free cards, shown inside the app.
When that is used up, new scanning stops. You can still view, edit and export everything you already saved — we do not lock you out of your own data.
Paid plans are arranged directly with us. Prices, card limits and validity are what we agree with you in writing.
Fees already paid are not refundable once the cards have been added to your account.

4. Your data

The card details you save belong to you. We do not sell them and we do not share them with other customers or with advertisers.
Data is stored on Supabase servers in Mumbai, India.
Card photographs are stored privately. They are visible only through your own account.
Card images are sent to our AI provider only for the moment of reading, in order to extract the text. They are not used to train public models by us.
Ask us at any time for a copy of your data, or for your account and data to be deleted. We will export it and delete it within 30 days of your request.

5. Support access

Authorised staff of Padmavati Sales may access your account to provide technical support, to investigate a fault, or where required by law. Every such access is recorded internally with the staff member's identity and the time. Staff do not use your contact data for their own business purposes.

6. Personal data of third parties

The cards you scan contain other people's personal details. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect and keep those details, and for using them only for legitimate business purposes. Do not use Card2Sheet to collect data you are not entitled to hold, and do not use the contact details for unsolicited bulk messaging that breaks the law.

7. Accuracy

The AI reading is an aid, not a guarantee. It can misread blurred, decorative or damaged cards. That is why every card is shown to you for checking before it is saved. Please verify important details — particularly phone numbers — against the card itself.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties (hosting, database and AI providers) whose outages are outside our control. Keep your own export if the data is critical to you — the Excel download exists for that reason.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another customer's account or data.
Do not resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.
Do not upload anything unlawful, or images that are not business cards.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after telling you why where we reasonably can.

10. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost profit.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
